• We use top-of-the-line One Stroke plastisol inks, known for their vibrancy and durability. While the industry standard for ink durability is 40 to 50 washes, our inks are rated to last for over 100 washes without significant wear.

• Our prints are made using SAATI Hydro Mesh, acclaimed for delivering the highest level of detail and opacity. Screens are exposed using a SAATI laser-to-screen (LTS) system, ensuring incredible detail and consistent color alignment.

Quality Assurance:

• We rigorously check for ink curing before, during, and after each production run to prevent issues like cracking after only a few washes, a common problem with under-cured prints.

• Utilizing Brother GTX Pro printers and genuine Brother ink, our digital prints boast a clarity of over 1.4 million dots per square inch.

• Typically, digital prints (DTG) are expected to last for 20 to 25 washes. Our DTG prints set a higher standard, with durability rated for 50 plus washes.

• For embroidery, we use high-quality polyester thread that minimizes puckering and maximizes durability. This method is perfect for items where longevity and a premium feel are crucial, such as headwear, jackets, and backpacks.

• Vinyl heat transfers are specifically used for adding names and numbers to apparel, offering a lightweight feel ideal for sportswear.
• We use Stahls vinyl, which is celebrated for its durability and washfastness, ensuring that the product remains in top condition even under rigorous use.
